Dear Team,

I had a problem with my mobile phone i.e. Dead Handset/ Earphone Bristling/ Can't
Connect H/F that's why on 18th June 2009 I gave the phone to SAP Mobiles who is
partner of Sony Ericsson for providing service with my Complaint ID no.
SEO09968210988.

On 3rd July 2009 I received my mobile without the problem of Dead Handset but i am
still facing same problem of Earphone Bristling & a new problem of Faulty Display, &
the Service Center people are not agree that the problem of Display is from their
side.

Please help...!!
