I Anamika Awasthi has baught LGKM335 mobile handset from the above mentioned store on 29.06.2009, immediate next while using have faced problem in some of the features mentioned was not functioning proerly, so kept handset as it is. I was on official outstation visit, so once returned back I have already loddged complain on LG as well as THE MOBILE STORES at their ONLINE COMPLAIN box but yet no satisfactory reply from them. Request your kind intervention sothat such dirty treaks which Brands like THE MOBILE STORES and LG are playing to gain only profits should have PERMANAET FULL STOP,. HELP ME TO HELP SOCIETY!!!
I went to THE Mobile STORES to buy one mobile, I was looking for NOKIA series mobile, the sale person MR Rakesh , showed me new product of LG having all good features along with one additional offer from THE Mobiel stores on purchase of LG335 from them. THe offer was like cash back of Rs 250 or Tshirt, or Travelling beg, or MP3. When I decided to buy it and they made invoice , after making the same I requested them aboout offer for which they gave me one form stating that "this offer will be sent through COURIER at my residence with in 15 days." which was not told to me by the sales person Mr Rakesh. I went to on 05.07.2009 The Mobile Store with complain, they advice me to go to Service Centre. Further on my repetitve request they agreed to tke to LG Service centre, handset which newly baught if gives problem immediately, means it was defective. On 07.07.2009 I received call from the mobile store stating they have corrected all errors by upgradting software errors, this proves that handset which I baught was DEFECTIVE.Same day again 2 more customer was at the mobile store counter and complianing about same LG Mobile Handset. My Complain is if The Mobile Stores-Nerul(East), receives negative feedback from customer why dont they take initiative to inform to LG. They only concern for profit after selling DEFECTIVE Handsets and they Customer who did SIN buying it from such a Branded Store has to suffer PUNISHMENT of rushing to SERVICE CENTRE. Neither Area OPERATION HEAD of THE MOBILE STORES-Ms PALLAVI nor the REGOINAL HEAD oF LG MOBIELS Mr Sahil was interested in recolving this issue. Till date my handset is with THE MOBILE STORES TEAM, they have not yet provided JOB REPORT og servicing they have done on this handset , which Stores has promised to forward me on my email.
I want replacement of this FAULTY handset and promise that THE MOBIEL STORE will not sell any products if half information on product any offers or gift over purchases.
