On 17th April 2009, I bought a mobile phone [Sony ericsson C902], after 2 months i had a problem in my phone suddenly the handset stopped working for which i had given it for servicing under warranty on 2nd July'2009 to the authorized sony ericsson service center at

I am disappointed because the service provided was unsatisfactory, and non transparent from RT-Lucknow Sonic Infotec(SEIN). The problem mentioned by them on the receipt was No text or picture in dispaly and they said that they will contact me as soon as the problem is resolved but after few days on not being received a call from them i made a telephone call from my side, to which they answered that your phone has gone to Chennai for PCB replacement. After some days I checked the ststus on Site and it showed that the phone is repaired when I went to the service center , I found that the Screen was changed with some lower grade model due to which the pixels were not clear on phone, I was very Irate and asked the lady(Ms. Rashmi Mishra) sitting there to launch a new complaint or reopen the complaint but she refused to do so, she said that we donn't take new complaint and do what ever you want after this behaviour and the quality of services and Product Sony Ericsson are selling to there customer, I have decided to launch a case in Consumer court as I want value for my money the cell costed me Rs 17,750 which went faulty within 2 months.
