my samsung GTB3410 had problem from very begning,it had gone for repair in the 1st month only.after that also problem continued but i didn't submit it back.its very inconvenient to live without a phone as they service centre takes time 2 give it back.now in may its problem multiplied;its display had gone,it used 2 hang again&again & switch off automatically.i showed it 2 siliguri centre,they gave it back in few hrs.but the problem still persisted (it takes 2.30hrs to reach siliguri,i cant travel frequently just 2 submit phone).still,
i submitted it again on 24th May,they promised 2 replace the mobile&said it'll take a week.its been 15days no mobile has been given.whenever i call they say it'll take 3-4 more days.
why should a customer suffer due to fault in their product.If product has a problem,company should be able to take quick action to satisfy customer as he/she has invested money for their product.
