Good morning sir, my name is arvind sharma. I buy a new Nokia N-82 mobile IMEI NO. 358984012340866 on date 7th september 2008 at price rs.19550.00 from nokia priority dealer.
But from the starting days while using this mobile, it start malfunctioning and always switched off after contineous use of 25to 30 minutes.. I gave this mobile to Nokia care for repair my phone,for 2 times bt both times it cant repaired. My service job sheet number are:-
1.224433527/090302/34 on date 2nd march 2009 and
2. 144433527/090626/72
26 june 2009.
For Both complaints the nokia care center said that my cell got for nokia factory for service for 15 days.. But after recieving my phone cant repared for that phone problems..
