Sir i had purchase new handset of nokia c5 from NOKIA private show room from ahmedabad gujarat
Sir when NOKIA sels executive giving me presentation of nokia c5 model. they inform to their customer that this model have facility like
unlimited phone book memory
complain: Its a unlimited phone book memory but if we unwillingly store second time same mobile number it can accept withaot error that this number is already exist do you steel want to continue?

MEMORY PROBLEM
Nokia C5 have a lots of mistake in handset. company inform to market that this model have unlimited storege facility
on phone book but when your phone memory will be full by some e mail data you cant store any contact and cant get any e mail
from this phone
PHONE BOOK PROBLEM
Phone book have useless facility that if you add one mobile number and name than if you add back same mobile number and name
then this model will take 2times store this number and other think it that if from this number call will come you cant se the
name on the screen because 2 times you add.
this model should have to show msg when you add some number to times that " THIS NUMBER IS ALREADY EXIST" ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT
TO OVERWRITE IT?

CALL LOG PROBLEM
this model inform to customer that in this model you get 30 days unlimited log calls statement
but its totally wrong system of there. you just get 60 number total in this mobile and its also participate in 3 section
20 contacts on recieved 20 contatcts on dilled and 20 contacts on missed call
when you think that you will get 30 days unlimited log statement but its totally wrong facility


MESSAGE SYSTEM PROBLEM
this phone NOKIA C5 have other bad servise that if you want to send any mobile number to your friends from your nokia c5 model
you dont get facility on create msg tool that insert number. no doud its have facility but this msg will convert in multimedia msg
when you attached phone number. and it will send via business card. but if you dont want to send business card and only want to send
mobile number that its not possible

NOKIA C5 CALENDAR PROBLEM
nokia C5 have problametic system in calendar. if you set reminder in calendar then you have to open first calendar menu
and then you can see first enter subject then enter location and then enter details
but if you bye mistake clik save or done switch then calendar will direct save your note which you dont add any text
This calander should have to inform us that please enter your text but this service is not available in this phone
and lots of problem of this calendar
CALL REMINDER PROBLEM
also if you want set call reminder in this calendar then you dont find facility direct to calendar that if you want to add some
mobile number as call reminder than this facility is not available in this phone.

NOKIA COSTOMER CARE CHARGEBLE CALL WHEN OTHER COMPANY HAVE TOLL FREE NUMBER
NOT GIVE GOOD RESPONCE WHEN YOU TALK TO COSTUMER CARE

If you seen this type of problem and when you talk to helpline division then all system you can get from the helpline person
but you can get any solution from this problem. if you are a business man and than before you buy this phone just conform this problem first
No one customer executive know this problems when you call direct to helpline.


APPLICATION INSTALATION PROBLEM
If you want to install any aplication on your nokia c5 than its not possible to add any aplication in this nokia c5
you just get any application for demo version only. but if your really want to buy application than you have to get connection only relience gsm network
but if you are using other network company then its not possible to add any application. this is unbelievable bad servise of this company.

This model nokia c5 battery inform that it can be stand by 48 hours
but mobile battery also cant stand by more that 12 hours. in my practicle exeperiece

So sir im too tired to give complain this company. still they dont give us possitive reply.
