Myself Zahiruddin and I have purchased a handset of SPICE brand model Spice S-930 IMEI NO : 358078020094177 on 07/02/2009 two months later a problem occured in phone its microphone was not working as my phone was under warranty I have given it to them on 08/05/2009 and they promised me to return my handset after 10 days but they returned it on 24/05/2009 after receiving the handset I found that another problem has taken place in my handset My phone was not unable to search for network to make calls on the very next day I have given my handset again for repairing again they promised me to returned after 10 days but they didn't kept their promise and they keep changing the dates of delivery of the handset like tomorrow, day after tomorrow etc. now from the first instance moreover a month have pssed and I haven't recived m handset I keep visiting the Hotspot Darya Ganj Centre but no one took my complaint seriously just changing the dates to give me the handset. Please do the needfull at the earliest.
DamageOccured I think some junior professionals are experimenting with my handset or they have lost my phone or may be they have mislplaced it may be they have sold my original handset parts and replaced by duplicate parts etc.
Required Relief I want the maximum compensation as per laws or get my handset replaced with a new one of the same brand or with some other brand of the equivalent price. please do the needfull I have suffered a lot without my handset
