I bought this mobile on 29 04 2009 at Rs 11300. since day one it is giving problems. I discussed this problem with store keeper but he refused to refund. He said if you want to return this mobile I can pay you Rs 5000. He refused to provide any support within warranty support. Mobile battery gets heated within hour Sometime mobile does not give ring tone for incoming calls On Off button is not functional problem in receiving calls sometime incoming calls could not get responded. Even after pressing response green button. Recording feature work partially
I stay in Greater Noida and it is difficult for me to go to Noida sector- 18 again and again to make return request to store. It is a absolute mental harassment when the store owner denies the genuine complaints. It cost me Rs 650 per visit to Noida and I have already done 2 visit for the same. I have made many calls to store owner but still no response.
I would like to have total compensation of Rs 15000 including my mobile cost of 11300. Please help in this regard.
