    Default Nokia Care Complaint

    SIR , THIS IS REGARDING THE THE PROBLEM I AM FACING BECAUSE OF INEFFICIENCY OF NOKIA PEOPLE, I SUBMITTED MY MOBILE ON 9 APRIL BEC OF PROBLEM THAT IT USED TO RESTART WHENEVER ANY MUSIC OR VIDEO FILE WAS TRANSFEREED TO IT FROM. NOW IT HAS BEEN ALMOST TWO MONTHS THAT I GAVE MY CELL. 6 TIMES THEY HAVE CALLED ME SAYING THAT YOUR SET HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND 6 TIMES I HAVE SHOWN THEM THAT THE PROBLEM IS STILL THERE. FOR THREE TIMES THEY HAVE SEND MY CELL TO THEIR HEADOFFICE AND FROM THERE TOO THE SET WAS UNREPAIRED AND THEY SAID IT TO BE REPAIRED. DURING LAST 3 TIMES I HAD ASKED THEM TO CHECK PROPERLY AND THEN ASK ME TO COME. THEY SAID THAT THEY HAVE CHECKED IT BUT WHEN I FOUND THAT PROBLEM WAS STILL THERE THEY ONCE SAID THAT THEY HAD TRANSFERRED ONLY PHOTOS AND ANOTHER TIME THAT THEY HAD TRANSFERRED MUSIC FILE FROM MY CELL TO ANOTHER, EVEN WHEN I HAD N NO. OF TIMES DEMONSTRATED THE PROBLEM TO THEM PRACTICALLY. GOING ABOVE THE HEIARCHY , WHENEVER I CALL THEIR MANAGER NEHA SINGH SHE SAYS THAT SHE IS NOT IN CENTER AND ASKS ME TO MESSAGE THE DETAILS BUT I HAVE NEVER GOT ANY REPLY FROM HER ABOUT THE STAUS OF MY CELL. COMMING TO LATEST DETAILS SINCE LAST WEEK THEY HAD BEEN SAYING THAT MY CELL WAS UNDERCHECKING. AND TODAY THEY TOLDME THAT THEY HAVE SENT MY MOBILE TO HEADOFFICE AGAIN. I HAVE WASTED I DONT KNOW HOW MANY RUPEES IN CALLING THEM AND VISITING THEIR CENTER (WHICH IS 30 KM FROM MY PLACE). JUST TELL ME WHAT CAN A COMMON MAN DO IN THIS SITUATION? at times it seems that they just want to do away with 1 year of my cell's warrenty period so they can charge. details- nokia 7610s imei no. 356388029382362 nokia care job sheet no. 153433527/090409/95
    i have wasted i dont know how much money in calling them. i had to travel at least 6 times for about 30 km when they called me that my set is ok now just to tell them that the problem is still there. this caused lot of time and money wastage. apart from that they never gave me any alterante cell so i had to live without mobile for many days which u know is very difficult in present day
    my mobile should be replaced as nokia guys have many times failed in repairing it . either the problem is unrepairable or they dont knwo how to repair it

    Purchased a Nokia mobile model no 3110 on 24/10/2008 from the mobile store situated at Fort Mumbai my mobile phone was working in a sound condition suddenly one day i face a problem with my key pad & i went to the store from where i purchased the phone but they info me to go to the Nokia care as i am staying in Kalyan (East) in went to Nokia care situated in Kalyan (West) and shown the piece to them but they clearly told me that any nokia care can't repair this mobile and told me to go to any of the private mechanic as i was in emmergency i got it repaired thru the store near by the nokia care office

    Now second time i am facing the problem with my mobile phone speaker so i again went to them but i was really surprised i got the same answer that any nokia care can't repair this mobile so i again went to the same mechanic from where i get my mobile repaired he told me that it is possible to repair at the cost of Rs 350 but i dnt want to pay 2nd time as my mobile is still under warranty period. Is this possible that a private mechanic can repair and nokia people's can't repair the phone.

    Now i am in a great trouble what to do with my mobile phone please help me & solve this issue or issue me a new phone because i was given a wrong guideline.

    If my problem is not solved then i will have no option rather then to go to consumer court to file the case

    Dear Sir/Mam
    I bought a New Nokia 7210 Supernova Phone on 21 December 2008 from Univer Cell, parry’s, Chennai 60001. But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly (Battery doesn’t full & phone hanging ) we have purchased Nokia 7210 Supernova Phone thinking the best model & brand name in the market .

    But with much regret to inform you that within 60 days of purchase its starts hanging so that we gave to your service centre they repaired & promised that it will not happen again .but now within months again it starts giving the same problem .

    We gave it to your service centre they promise to give within two days but now they telling that it will take another 10 days this cannot be allowed and also I am without a phone for almost 2 days
    which is a basic need for life.

    It seems this particular piece is not up to your mark & according to your reputation

    We paid full amount to you and in return we want good material.

    How can we accept this faulty piece?

    Kindly deliver us brand new piece we are not interested in repaired cell phone

    Kindly do need full & live to reputation

    Default Nokia Care

    Respected Sir, I have given my nokia n79 handset to the malleswaram nokia
    care bangalore on 21st of may'09. They asked me to come to the care saying
    that my handset is ready but when i went there i saw it it has not been
    repaired. They did this with me thrice and after that they told me they
    cannot repair my handset so they will replace my handset. After one and half
    months time they give me a handset which was of different color and it
    looked awful. I asked them to give me a handset of the color which i had and
    they told it will take a weeks time. Now its more than 2 months time but
    still they are not giving my handset back. They are just delaying it by
    saying something or the other. I have talked with nokia customer care
    regarding this and launched a complain regarding the same but all went in
    vain. They are also not taking it seriously. I have bought the handset on
    31st dec '09 for Rs. 20,000 and I have used the handset not more than 2
    months as i have faced many problems with the handset and given to two ohter
    nokia cares in bangalore before giving to malleswaram. Please help me
    regarding this. I will be highly obliged to you if you take an action
    against them as soon as possible.

    Angry Incompetence of the Nokia Care staff and the degrading quality of Nokia handset.

    I purchased a Nokia 1650 set from Hotspot retail limited located at 0-92/5, Canara Bank Street, Munirka New Delhi. The phone worked fine for about 3-4 months after which it made me rue the day when I thought that buying a Nokia phone was a smart move. I have now spent a lot of time and money in going to and fro to the Nokia care centre: KN services, 34 1st floor corner market, Near chick fish, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. The problem with my phone is that it doesn’t switch on in other words its dead. I have gone to the centre 3 times and left the phone for 15 days each time for repairing. Out of these 3 times I was informed that the phone was sent to the Nokia office 2 times for repairing and once the care centre took care of it. The last time I left the phone there was 12th Aug and I got the phone back on 27th Aug. Now to my dismay once again on 31st Aug itself the phone was dead again. Now I rushed back to the Nokia care centre for the 4th time where what I encountered was an utter debacle of the word Customer Care. 1st when I explained my problem and insisted that they acknowledge the fact that it was incompetence on their part that they could not repair the phone or that the phone was defective in the 1st place, I was asked to wait for 20 mins which is a routine. So after waiting I was passed on to a sweet talking customer care official who thought that my problem was a joke and was busy laughing with his colleagues instead of listening to my problem. He had no solution for my problem and was almost like a parrot with a few well rehearsed lines on top of that he was ill informed. I am a student and for me my Nokia phone is equivalent to what a blackberry may be to a high salary grossing executive. I then asked him that since I was without a phone for such a long time on account of the fact that my phone was in the centre most of the time, did they have any stand by which I could use since I have no other means of communication with my family. Now Mr. Nokia Care had the gall to laugh on my face and inform me that the stand by was only for the E series and the N series. I am not annoyed only by the fact that there is no stand by, since I am a rationale person who now understands that many people must be encountering the same problem with Nokia sets; however I fail to understand the joke that Mr Nokia care found funny. Nokia care has once again asked for 15 days time for repairing my phone the success of which is highly uncertain given their past record with my phone. They have sent the job sheet with the problem highlighted as a repeat job, to placate me but then they have already done this once before so what miracle will happen this time is beyond my comprehension. My job sheet no is 145433527/090901/37 dated 1st September; the ESN/IMEI no is 356859021690689. Once I could vouch for Nokia phones and recommended them to one and all but after this absolute tom foolery I am forced to give negative reviews about it and in fact go out of my way to tell one and all that Nokia Phones are not as good they used to be a couple of years back and the after sale service that they provide is a joke. Now I am at wits end about what to do as soon the warranty period of my phone will be over after which I will be charged for any repair, in fact now I am of the opinion that the Nokia people want to waste my time so that they can wash their hands by claiming that the 1 year warranty period is over and there is nothing they can do now, or will ask me to cough off some amount to repair my phone. Now the main question is “Why am I been so pigheaded about a phone that simply costs 1750 odd bucks?” The answer probably is “I want value for every cent that I spend and that I will not tolerate injustice”. The last resort left before me is to go to the consumer court and ask for justice.

    Default irresponsible attitude of nokia care people

    i had a nokia 3120 classic which was only 7 months old.recently it developed some problems in switching on and off.so i went to nokia care sahid nagar, bhubaneswar centre.they told to come after 2 days .i went after 2 days,they told that the lcd has got damaged due to water logging and it will cost 1750 rupess for a new one.i agreed to it and went away.in the mean time i ws out of station for few days and i called them on their number twice .they told that it will take some time as they dont have spare lcd for my model.finally after a week i went there again and this time they are saying the phone is dead,there is some problem in the circuit board and the phone cannot be repaired and told me to take it back the dead phone.wat sort of service centre is this.first delaying the customer and then instead of repairing they damaged my phone and now saying we cant do anything.am pretty sure they have damaged the set during repair and now saying that there is board problem.i have faced lots of troubles and harrasments from them.it was like a mental trauma for me.the last time when i went to them they simply refused to say anything about the problem .i even asked them to call for their manager so that i can have a fair chat with him regarding the matter ,but they simply ignored me and kept me standing in the queue.i purchased the mobile only 7-8 months back and it has also its warranty.the jobsheet number is 627504886/090831/47.my email id is dm_dudun@yahoo.co.in and my contact no. is 09861202280.please show me the right direction in this regard.i wl be very much thanful

    Default Complaint for Nokia N79

    Hi Sir

    My name is Austine Fernandes.

    I have bought a new N79 it has a very bad performance it keeps on switching it self off from time to time even if you're listening to music it will directly go to loud speaker. It is a great phone but the software crashes at least three to four times a day. I have also done a software reflash ( which again was done by the nokia care only) but on the same day in the shop the started playing up. after which they said it would not repeat that. I have paid a heafty amount ( Rs 16400) for that handset but to which i am not enjoying it rally hurts to see that the handset is not bieng used to its optimum.

    Dear Mr. Fernandes,

    In case of Mobile handsets, if we are not satisfied with the responses or the services of service centre, we can lodge our complaint with the head office of the Mobile Co. for the same. But if the Co. is also not providing any help in that concern we can only file a case in consumer forum against the Service Centre as well as the Co. to get the redressal. First send a written complaint to the Mobile Co's head office, to get any help without approaching Consumer Forum.

    Respected Sir,

    This is to inform you that I had purchased a Nokia mobile no. N-70
    IMEI NO. 358080010322865 and after one year of purchaged I had display problem in
    march 09 I went to Nokia Care Centre (VENUS COMMUNICATION) 115-A, Pocket-D, Main
    Road, Phase III, Ashok Vihar, Delhi-52. They told me the display problem and
    charged Rs 1400/- for the display changed and after 3 months I had same problem
    (Display on and white light problem) I told them the problem then they changed my
    display and told me the display is short and display I.C. is to be changed and
    charged Rs.1200/-. Then very next day I had same problem,Then I rushed to Nokia
    Care Centre. After some time of checking my set they told me CPU problem is there
    which can't be repaired and returned my 1200/- I had full faith in your company but
    they have cheated me badly.They changed my original display inside their cabin. I am
    in a medical proffession and suffering form
    last two months without cell. I can purchase a another mobile phone (more than cost
    of NOKIA N-70) of another company, but I had full faith in your company. Now I am
    totally harrassed and mentally upset. Please suggest me what should I do. Before
    taking another legal step I decided to inform you first. Reply soon.

    dear sir,
    my job sheet number is 293504886/090831/4.i have submitted my nokia 6210 in nokia care on 31st of august,2009.no action has been taken till now.it has been almost one month.due to the behaviour of nokia care executives i have been feeling so much harrasment.i have my c.a exams in november 2009 and i am not able to contact anyone since my mobile is in nokia care.
