sir i really thnk u should improve ur staff at shimla nokia care office as its been almost 20 days that i hav'nt got my cell back _______if u can't repair the phones in warranty for free than u must tell us not to buy nokia products in future . when we call them they either don't pick the call or just cut the call without listening to us. iam really repenting of taking ur services coz in shimla they treat us very badly .
i just want to know when i'll get my phone back

Its been long time since i gave my mobile(N96) to nokia care in Perambur(Chennai, TN).i reported of keypad and camera problem, Every time they ask me to come after a week, when i go the same problem exists, last 3 week they said they have sent the mobile to Head office in delhi but the problem persists, so i've given it again to them. I have paid Rs.2300 and i need a proper service.

I had purchased the C6 new handset model from Mobile store at Vashi and my mobile display get off due to stripe problem.

I was went to Chembur Nokia care Centre for repairing because under warranty and got the reply it will take 1 and half month for repaired and not ready to take my cell phone due to once the stripe come they will call me & than submit the cell phone to them.

On next day I was went to Ghatkoper branch on 12.06.2012 & submitted my mobile for repairing, which is still not repaired and getting delayed and delayed.

I had purchased the cell phone at Rs. 12,500, my colleagues said that NOKIA HAVING VERY VERY BAD SERVICES.

Me & my friends getting good service from Black berry service centre.

Even Ghatkopar branch didn't give me a temporary hand set for using. I don't have another hand set.

Trust I feel that Nokia services is very very bad and for future will not go to purchase any hand set.

Request you to kindly look into the matter and replace the hand set or repaired ON TOP MOST URGENT.

I am a customer of Nokia mobile. I bought a Nokia 700 mobile on 2nd Feb 2012, and within 6 months ,I found a fault in it, the screen didn't show any display while incoming call and outgoing call. . I have given it for repair in nokia store ,in model town extension ludhiana,punjab,india.(MOBILE SUPER MARKET,SCF-19,MODEL TOWN EXT.MARKET,NEAR KRISHNA MANDIR LUDHIANA,PUNJAB, 01614412037)
BUT I HAVE NOT GOT THE HANDSET REPAIRED AND THEY ARE DELAYING THE DELIVERY WEEK BY WEEK.ITS VERY EMBARRASSING AND I AM FACING A LOT OF PROBLEM, PLEASE HELP ME, EITHER REPLACE THE HANDSET AND PROVIDE ME WITH A NEW HANDSET. OR GIVE ME MY HANDSET FULLY REPAIRED. I AM REALLY UNHAPPY THAT I HAD SPENT Rs 17000 on this Nokia handset and now I am in this trouble. I am unhappy to say to that Nokia 's market name is going down and other companies are overtaking Nokia's market. and my experience with this nokia 700 plus your service centre's poor service has added another unhappy customer of Nokia.
