    Default complaint against Nokia Care service centre, Telesystems, bhubaneswar.

    I have purchased an Nokia mobile hand set model no.7210C. your engineer of Telesystems, bhubaneswar have repaired twice but all in vain. I am wasting my money and mental peace. I am unable to use the set and faciing lot of inconvenience in my day to day life. Please let me know your suitable engineer/mechanic who can give the proper service.

    Default complaint regarding problem in nokia set.

    i have purchased nokia C-6 in june 2011 , after 2 months, in august touch screen of my phone was not properly working.i have submitted my phone to nokia care center , after few days they gave me back my phone in running condition , few days later same problem persist , and this problem repeat 4 times in a single month . now they are not ready to gave m any reason behind that problem .

    Angry Facing problem with my handset which is nokia x6-00.

    I live in westbengal,dist-murshidabad,city-berhampore,pin code-742103. It is my job sheet no -589504886/110907/13.this is third time when i'm facing problem with my handset.i submitted my handset to nokia care on 07/09/2011.but still now they are not returning my mobile.they are saying "we told to the company that it's a 3rd time problem with this mobile and also vital problem so please change the handset".but no result i found because neither the "nokia care" returning my mobile nor the "nokia company" change my handset.so i want justice please help me out.

    Default complaint about unsatisfactory services by the Nokia Care Centre Rewari Haryana

    Dear Sir

    I feel very sorry to bring to your kind notice that I purchased a Nokia set- C5-00 from Priority Dealer Your authorised dealer, Rewari(Haryana) on 08 October, 2010. Its IMEI Number is 354847045946208. It is still under the guarantee period.

    This set has developed a technical snag. It started ganging in the month of March 2011. I took it to the Nokia care centre Rewari. The centre replaced the set with a new one. The new set has again started hanging and the battery back up duration has decreased to 2 hours after full recharge.
    I have once again now deposited the set in the nokia care Rewari.

    The Nokia once created a good reputation in the field of communicaion. Everyone still considers it to be one of the best company. But it is not able to maintain its same popularity. I am really feeling disappointed after buying the Nokia set.

    This is my humble request to look into the matter seriously and please replace the set as soon as possible

    Default Nokia Care Sec14 Gurgaon pathetic service!! claims that N85 never had a navi-wheel.

    Hello,

    This is regarding an N85 mobile which I bought from US (around 2 years back). Recently it started giving a peculiar problem where the handset would reboot each time I try to call or receive a call. I am usually in favour of authorized service centers and hence I took it directly to Nokia Care (Sheetla WLL Service), Sector-14, Gurgaon.

    They diagnosed a problem with UI board and provided an estimate of Rs 2450 for replacing the UI board-Flex cable assembly. I gave the consent in the hope that I'll receive a professional service in return. However, things started turning ugly when I reached there to collect the handset.

    The first problem I saw with it was the lack of a clicking sound which usually occurs when a navigation key (or any key for that matter) is pressed. I could hear it for left and down key but not for right and top key. There was obviously some issue with the alignment of UI panel that was placed beneath the navigation key. I told those people about it but they would just not agree with the very existence of an issue. I gave up and continued testing other things. It was then when I noticed that the navi-wheel is not working. It was a little disappointing to learn this since I have gotten used to the navi-wheel since the time I bought this handset. When I informed them of this major issue, the first response that I got was something that one would not expect from a person sitting in Nokia authorized center. He told me that Navi-wheel does not exist in N-85. I maintained my cool and tried to tell him that I have been using it since past two years so there is no question of whether it exists or not. He then called the engineer (Mr Sunil) who repaired the handset and the engineer repeated the same thing. He said that there is no such thing liek Navi-wheel in N-85. Then they called another guy (his name was probably Ashish) and I was surprised to see the way he was talking. One would expect him to have some respect for customer but he lacked the basics of communication etiquettes. He said that the track-pad existed only in one model and N-85 doesn't have any such feature. When I tried to explain to him that track-pad and navi-sheel are two different things, he just wouldn't listen to me and keep iterating the same crap. He was very unprofessional (He actually looked illiterate to me) in his conduct. Anyways, I was not there to fight with him and so I kept trying to convince them just to realize finally that it is a waste of time. I told them that I can show it on nokia or other websites but they did not let me do that. In fact, Sunil said that even if it is there on website, he will stick to his argument that the actual model doesn't have this feature and that I am making up a story. It felt like I was banging my head against a wall.

    After a long heated argument with the staff there (wome of whom looked like hooligans to me), I gave up. The final result was that I paid them all the charges. In return I have it written from Mr Sunil (the engineer) on the invoice that N85 does not have Navi-Wheel.

    Now what I expect is that someone tell them to go gather some information about Nokia handsets since they are sitting in a Nokia Care center. Nokia is already doing very poor in this cut-throat competition with so many android based smartphones coming in the market. The only thing they have an edge in, is their customer service network and quality. However it seems that they are losing it all. With this kind of unprofessional, deceptive services provided by Nokia Care representatives/employees, I am sure they are heading nowhere. I will try my best to convince all those around me to never ever get a Nokia product again. They are good for nothing!!!

    Thinking about it again, I guess he was either trying to cover some mistake that he did while performing the job or he never put a new UI board in the first place.

    I myself have worked with/for some of the major telecom giants in India and outside (including Erricson, Seimens, Hughes, CDOT) in last 12 years and I haven't seen a corporate professional fall so low just to cover a minor mistake. I am really disappointed with their incompetent service and bad conduct.

    Kindly help me out. Does Nokia have any check on these service center's employees or customer representatives? I really want them to accept the truth and have my handset repaired completely.

    Dear sir/Madam
    with the trust on the nokia brand and values, I purchased a Nokia handset-C3-01 on the month of August 11 and the same get inoperated within a week. I contacted the nearby Nokia care but they failed to recover it . this incident happens thrice time till the month of october 11. although i have my phone on warranty period and have paid online with my bank account scratch card.
    now I am fed up of the same with not only nokia care services but with the hand set model also. My all complaint regarding the service are registered at TILAK NAGAR NOKIA CARE CENTER NEW DELHI.
    BEFORE GOING TO FILE THE SAME AT CONSUMER COURT I JUST WANTS TO COMPLAINT BY PROBLEM TO NOKIA HEAD ALSO.
    KINDLY RECTIFY MY PROBLEM AND REPLACE MY SET WITH NEW.

    Solution For only nokia logo hang(5130,2690,2700c ect.. with light or without light)

    Just flash with latest version if still same
    than just remove cam 100% ur problem will be sloved

    If my solution is work than only press thanks don't spamm like ( thanks, good work)

    Dear Sir,

    I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia C1-01 to Nokia Care Satya Telecare
    229,Chitranjan Avenue near girish park metro station Kolkata 6, Branch for phone was not getting on.
    On 03rd august, 11. From there i got job sheet (271504886/11803/1) and i had delivery date of 5th august,11 but it was not given to me . When I visited the
    Nokia Care branch..They said me to come after 2 days again after 2 days the set was not repaired. When I checked my battery after returing home , I found battery was also not working . when i asked them that what happened why it is not being repaired that to in a warranty period they said now it will cost rs 1700.they reverted to me that this was not their fault Then I refused to take my phone and they were ok with it. At the time of submitting my phone they just said it will cost rs 400 for your phone because this problem don’t come in warranty..i argued but then I said ok you do it...
    The feedback from the staff" was also not proper and good…
    Till date they have not even called me to collect the handset…
    (Manager and staff ) said We cannot do anything Do what you want.?????????

    I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and but sorry to say that the service of
    Nokia which they provide to the customers is really pathetic...

    मैने नोकिया c3-01 जुलाई 2011 में लिया था। ये फोन खरिदनें के 4 दिन बाद हीं हैंग कर गया, फिर ऑन करने के बाद ठीक हो गया। लगभग 30 दिनों मेरे फोन का स्क्रिन टच खराब हो गया। मै अपने मोबाईल को नोकिया लेकर गया, लेकिन वहाँ 2600 रुपए का खर्चा बता दिया। फिर मैं दुसरे नोकिया केयर पर गया तो उसे वारंटि पिरियड में बिना पैसे का ठीक कर के दे दिए। फिर लगभग 50 दिनों बाद दुबारा मेरा टच पैड खराब हो गया और फिर वहीं कहानी हुई एक नोकिया केयर में 2400 रुपए मांने लगे और दुसरे में मुफ्त में बना कर दे दिए। लेकिन फिर लगभग 60 दिनों बाद मेरे फोन में तीसरी बार वहीं समस्या आगई। थक हार कर मेने नोकिया कस्टमर केयर को अपनी सारी समस्याएं बताई और कहा कि मेरे इस फोन को बदल के दुसरा फोन मुझे देदें। कस्टमर केयरवालों नें कहा आप किसी नोकिया केयर में इसे जमा करा दें उसके बाद हम देख लेंगे। अब नोकिया केयर वाले बोलते हैं की इसमें डैमेज है ये वारंटी में ठीक नहीं होगा और कस्टमर केयर वाले भी यहीं बात बोल रहे हैं।......... अब आप हीं सोंचिए एक हीं परेशानी को लेगर मैं 6 महिनें में तिसरी बार परेशान हुआ हुँ। मेरी उतनी आमदनी भी नहीं कि हर 45 दिनों पर मैं 2000 से 2500 रुपए लगाकर अपने फोन को ठीक करवाउँ।
    मैं अपनी फोन की समस्या से मानसिक रुप से बहोत परेशान हुँ। अगर संभव हो सके तो मेरे परेशानी को दुर करने मे मेरी मदद करें,,, बहोत महेर बानी होगी।

    Angry Complaint against price quoted by nokia care

    Hi,

    I have a Nokia 5310 Xpress Music mobile purchased almost 2.5 years back from Kolkata and now it is showing problem in UI. I went to Sector 5, saltlake, kolkata nokia care center, where I got my bobile serviced (just software upgradation) for Rs. 200. But the day I got my mobile serviced, it continued with the same problem (UI hanged). Next time when I took it to them they said that they need to change the UI pannel and it will cost a total of Rs. 1850. But I took the mobile to another nokia care which is situated at Girish Park, Kolkata. They told me the same solution of same part change, but quoted a price of Rs. 1346.


    I would like to know why two different Nokia care is charging such a different amount for this repairing ?


    Kindly let me know what should I do now.

    sir,
    This is to bring to your kind notice that I Pammy Nayyar student of B.Sc under GGSIPU Delhi purchased a new mobile from nokia company on dated 04/01/2012 for Rs 9,800/- . The Set no. is as follows 359744041467614. Here I would like to inform that within two days the speakers have burst out and clearity of voice is not there as well it shows an error as soon as it is switched on. On approaching the Dealer, he had shown no concern and asked me to get it repaired in Nokia Care centre. Within two days of my purchase Im not interested in getting the Brand New set opened, thus you are requested to kindly return back my fully paid amount of Rs 9,800/-. I noticed company and stopped use of phone.
    Sir, I am under very much mental tension and unable to do my communication without the phone in reference to my study. Please help me becoz mobile company doesn't caring for this and put a penalty of Rs 25000/ for this irresponsible work.
    I am unable to buy any other mobile due to my financial limitation from the family .
    please do the needful

    sir,
    i have an e72 and brought it to nokia care for upgradation of software.
    They upgrade it with a huge problem
    that is disorder of five keys
    means whenever i press the dot key i got single course
    i press coma then i got the exclamation
    by pressing single course shows question mark
    and same as in two more keys
    i again brought it to care they told me
    the software is not updated
    come after 3 days
    i again brought it
    they again told me come after 2 days
    after two days i again go
    and again the same come after 3 days
    this process is continous
    and with this
    the rude behaviour of them
    i got shocked
    now what to do
