I have a 5800 ExpressMusic Nokia phone. And i have recently discovered that the phone have some manufacturing defects, when i found this defects i went immediately to nokia care which is found 1 Abdel-Hamid lofty st. Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt because i have a guarantee warrant for 1 year. I delivered the phone on 24/04/2010 and they gave me an receipt number 5008669 and they told me it will be replaced by a new phone, and told me to select any model number to be replaced with, i selected E72 and we approved it, after 4 days i was told that my old phone is replaced by a new typical model of the old one(5800 ExpressMusic)..i was surprised because we had an agreement said that i will taken an E72...I informed them that i wouldn't take that phone because we had an agreement..they have told me that E72 is not available in the stores and i have to choose any other model, i chose E75, after 5 days, i went to the center on 15/05/2010 to receive my new E75 and pay the difference price.. After 1 hour i was shocked to find that the mobile is an old one, and that it is full of personal pictures and songs, i went back to them, and Procrastination have begun again. Today 20/05/2010 after one month have passed over this Dilemma i don't know what do do with those quorums!!!!

i bought nokia x3 on 25/5/10 and took it to nokia care at nicholson road ambala cantt on 26/6/10. they gave me phn on 27/6/10 and said that everything is allright with the phone. i went again on 29/9/10 they kept my phn and said too come after 1 week when i went after 1 week . they said that it will take more 1 week ..... too bad service....... my imei no. is 352691043940931. and till now i have not got my phone............

We have gone through your complaint, first you need to talk to the NOKIA customer care and register a complaint, they will provide you a complaint no. and the time frame to resolve the issue. Wait for their response and revert us back with the Complaint nos. and the status of your complaint.

I Sachiv Kumar had purchased Nokia E-63 on 4-oct-2009, I faced some problem on 15-july-2010 (the power is not switch on) on same day I go to Nokia Service Centre UJALA COMMUNICATION PVT LTD they said that ur phone is not in warranty because of some technical problem they asked for me the ESTIMATED VALUE it is 110/- i paid by cash. Till now I not received any feedback by UJALA COMMUNICATION PVT LTD today (21-07-2010) when I reached on service centre, the office is closed with the mark of OFFICE ARE OPEN AFTER 2 P.M.
But service centre staff available inside the office. When I asked for my phone they are laughing badly.

1. More than a week I never received any feedback from UJALA COMMUNICATION PVT LTD.
2. For money making they said ur phone is not in warranty.

I purchased a nokia n97mini on 5/6/2010 and on 31/7/10 its side lock button is broken.I am facing a lot of problems using the phone now. The mobile was used with a good care. Despite of the fact that the mobile is still in warranty period,nokia asks for repair charges. They say that it is a case of damage ie consumer's fault. . the phone was never dropped and neither was used roughly. Nokia people told me that this problem is there in many devices but then also they say it is a case of damage and ask for rs 2500. Since this problem is faced by many people having similar type of mobile,this is clearly a fault of nokia and the lock button should be repaired by nokia free of charges.

Since nokia refuses to repair it free of charges and asks for heavy price I want to file a suit against nokia. please guide me what should I do. waiting for reply.

I purchased a 5700 model of nokia and within 2 years it got complaint in twist. Last week when i went to nokia care in ernakulam (near saritha theatre) they rejected to repair the fon by saying that they don hav options to repair that model there and have to send to nokia care delhi and that guy gave me an estimate of rs. 8000/- for repair with a free advise tht d new model costs only 10k and its a better option!!! From the lot many brands in market i went for nokia only coz f d trust in quality of products and better resale value. Even i cant sell the fone due to this compaint. Please provide a solution for this.

I am shock and surprise despite payment of 1200/- I assume my set was not repair because the problem is as it was.

I was asked to come after two days. However, I called them on 13th only to know that it will take another couple of days to replace the display screen. This means that including a Sunday, a minimum of 5 days will be spent before I get the repaired set. My wifes NOKIA 5310MUSIC MOBILE became non functional in mid October 2010.The problem was that she was able to hear but the other person on receiving end was unable to hear her voice. Since, I was on leave AT Chandigarh (being in ARMY), I took the mobile to NOKIA CARE MOBILECONNECT in Sector 22C, Chandigarh. I was guided to a counter where a GIRL CHECKED ALL DETAILS AND PREPARED SOME FORM. She told me to wait outside in the sitting gallery. While ,I was waiting some Mr. SANJAY (I CAN RECOGNISE HIM AND HE IS A SENIOR PERSON and thin) came and told me that MIC (TECHNICAL NAME DIFFERENT) IS REQUIRED TO BE CHANGED and it will cost Rs. 1,050/-. I said OK and asked for some documents. HE TOLD ME TO COME NEXT DAY i.e. 18/10/2010 and stated that it is NOKIACARE AND THAT I should contact hIm . I went on 18/10 ,He came out on seeing me and told me that his SENIORS ARE CHECKING IT . HE GAVE ME HIS MOBILE NUMBER ,TOOK MINE ALSO and stated that he will call me.Since, I did not receive his call,I called him on 20/10.He told me that mobile is repaired ,but I should come at 1000 hours on 21/10.
I reached around 1030 hours. On seeing me he rushed outside ,told ME THAT AUDIT IS GOING ON.I TOLD HIM THAT I CANNOT COME AGAIN. HE TOOK ME TO A SEPARATE SECLUDED ROOM,TOLD ME TO SIT DOWN. HE WENT AND BROUGHT OUR MOBILE, gave me a demonstration of its being functional. HE THEN TOLD ME TO GIVE RS. 1,050/- I ASKED FOR THE BILL. BHE WAS HESITANT AND STARTED SWEATING SINCE AUDIT PEOPLE WERE THERE.
AT THAT TIME A SIKH GENTLEMAN CAME(PRESUMELY HIS SENIOR). HE HEARD ME .SANJAY WENT AND BROUGHT A BILL BOOK.SANJAY WENT OUTAGAIN AND TOLD SIKH PERSON TO PREPARE THE BILL FOR MIC(PART ONLY) FOR RS. 1050/-.THE SIKH GENTLEMAN TOLD ME THAT THIS PERSON MOSTLY DOES UNDERHAND JOBS AND CHEATS THE COMPANY.HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT WARRANTY IS OF 30 DAYS, WHICH ARE NOT YET OVER. SINCE, I GOT BILL NO. IS 3282 DATED 21/10/2010 FOR RS. 1,050/- I PAID AND TOOK MY MOBILE AND CAME HOME.
I joined my duty on 28/10 and on 12 /11/2010 my wife called me and stated that samemic PROBLEM HAS OCCURRED AGAIN. LUCKILY, MY SON,WHO IS PURSUING COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING FROM IIT CAME ON WEEKEND. ALSO,OUR KNOWN ARMY PERSONNELS BROTHER IS IN MOBILE BUSINESS. MY SON showed him the mobile. HE STATED THAT SOMEONE HAS PUT A CHINESE DUPLICATE MIC AND THAT IT COSTS ONLY AROUND RS.100/-. My son HAS VIDEOGRAPHED THE CONCERNED PART AND MY WIFE WILL GO TO THE SAME NOKIACARE ON 18/11/2010
I WOULD APPROACH CONSUMER COURT AND ALSO GIVE DETAILS AND VIDEO TO MEDIA ALSO IF NO ACTION IS TAKEN AGAINST YOUR EMPLOYEES WHO ARE CHEATING AND TARNISHING THE IMAGE OF YOUR COMPANY. ALSO TO REPAIR MY MOBILE AND RETURN MY AMOUT PAID /COLLECTED BY YOUR OFFICE BY FRAUD AND ALSO CAR/TAXI EXPENSES PAID.
