    Hi,

    I had purchased a Nokia N78 (IMEI No :- 352057021356146) from Sri Vasavi mobiles Chennai (Branch:- Near Kodambakkam Bridge, T.Nagar) on 3/12/08. I have been facing troubles with one of the phone speaker very soon after i had purchased the phone. I had given the phone for a warranty service to Nokia care at Raksha Impex, T.Nagar, Chennai during the end of January which has been serviced and returned to me immediately. I found that there were scratches on the LCD screen after the service but i didn't complain as i got my phone on serviced on time.

    But now i am having similar problems with my phone speaker (The same speaker to be precise). In addition to it the phone microphone is also not working. (The caller can not hear me). When i went back to Raksha Impex the guy over there said me that the phone has been opened by someone before and it will not be under warranty. I then told him that i had the same complaint 3 months back and had given only to nokia care and asked him to check their database. He checked and found records of the service.

    Even after finding the records of service he was reluctant to take my phone for an warranty service. He then said that the board inside is badly damaged the service will be difficult etc. Finally he accepted to take the phone on warranty service after i told him that i had not given the phone to anyone else for service expect nokia care. (Of course these guys are mad why should i give my phone to an unauthorized guy and pay him my money when i can get it done by authorized guys for free)

    I had given the phone for a second warranty service on 16/9/09. But i had not been getting proper response from them. Nor a proper estimated delivery time. After complaining to nokia care at 30303838 they called me up and told me to collect the phone as they have serviced and it was ready. I collected the phone on 24th while collecting i checked both the speaker and the microphone have been working. They were fine and there were no problems. But after i got home with my phone and tried to shoot a picture with the phone i realized that the phone's Camera button on the side didn't work properly.

    I then being not satisfied with the work done by Raksha Impex gave my phone to Nokia care under rocky agencies in Royapettah, Chennai - 14. They checked my phone and gave me a job sheet (Job Sheet Number:312465550/090924/4). I called them before 5 days back and asked them the status of my phone they said that the phone has been forwarded to head office. I am yet to receive the phone from them.

    Here are some additional details about my phone and where i had given the services.

    i bough nokia N86 in mid aug09
    since then my phone has been to nokia care four times, still i m facing problem.
    since just been two months and my phone was with nokia for a month.
    i think there is problem with handset and i am asking for replacement but not
    getting any response. currently my phone is with nokia care mumbai.

    please help me

    Since then my phone show the same complaint again and again.I give the phone to Nokia Care in Kottayam Kerala three times.But their is no use for that because my nokia showing the complaint again.So now i have no phones so please take Satisfactory action and help me.I want an immediate Replay from nokia.

    Thumbs down Upgrading of software for last 15 hrs for N86 from Version 20.115 to 21.006

    For upgrading the Software from current ver. 20.115 to 21.006 for Nokia N86 it may take more than 15 hrs. Still it is on. I could not use my mobile at all. First the size of up-gradable file indicated was 146.3 MB and after completing this, will extended by 34 MB to around 200 MB. Then thereafter the same process will start again and I hope it will continue till it completes 200 MB. And I don't know this time my mobile will be up-graded or not. Please tell me how to go about?

    I think Nokia customer care center is the one of the worrrrrsssssssst...... customer care service.

    My Nokia N95 mobile[ IMEI: 354835018817792 ] is given to nokia center [ 34 Bharathi Road, RTS Copmplex Cuddalore 607 001, Tamilnadu, India] for simple screen problem.
    After 6 month he given me the mobile with camera, slid function,mic problem. Now my mobile camera, slid function, mic are not working. i have paid Rs.4500 for this service.

    For giving my mobile to customer care center i have lost Rs.4500 & almost my mobile also lost.

    Very thanks for this good service keep it up then company will become rich & people will become foooooooolllllllllllllssssss...........

    mobile automaticaly swich off,

    After switch off on dt 28/04/10 around 11.00 Am I went to your Nokia care center M/S Om Ujala Communication Sector 4 Dwarka and repair the set, But same problem repeated within the month.

    If repeated complaint within the month under warranty it meanse either Nokia Quality is going down or your sevice center are not capable to provide good service to the customer. I hope Nokia will considor for the same and reply very soon

    HELP!!



    i need help for my 7210 everytime i open my phone...it will only flash the "nokia" sign and the startup tune then suddenly it hangs..and not responding even after long hours of waiting..but sometimes it responds when i press a button then hangs again...any help would be appreciated. THANKSS!!!!!
