I bought the handset Samsung B210 GSM handset on 22/12/2008 from TERMINAL store locate above. The phone doesn't have a valid IMEI no. though the same is written on the box and the handset Chipset but the software doesn't contain the valid IMEI. I have been receiving messages from my service provider that the handset is fake and my services will be debarred if I fail to get a valid IMEI. I have been to the SAMSUNG customer care center at Shop no. 45 , 1st floor, Corner Market Malviya Nagar, New Delhi, but they failed to co-operate and wanted me to leave the handset with them for 10 days without providing me a standby solution. It's been more than a weeks time since I had been repeatedly lodging complaints on the SAMSUNG website but till date none of he officials bothered to contact me and address my complaint.
My services are being debbared time and again and I get irritating calls from my service provider regarding missing IMEI. Also, my RELIANCE GSM SIM fails to operate on this handset due to invalid IMEI. I facing a hell lot of problems for the reasons I am not responsible for.
I shall be provided with a brand new handset with a valid IMEI. Also, I claim compensation for the harrassment I have been through over past month and problematic services which the service provider forced on me.
