Dear Sir, I am Srimaan Y, purchased a Motorola Mobile Moto A 810, from Univercell Ameerpet Hyderabad for Rs. 7600.00 (Seven Thousand SixHundred only) on 16/10/2008. Initially this is working fine till April 26 2009 from next day it is giving few problems like auto dialing etc, for which i have been trouble a lot. As the Motorala company provided warranty i contacted unviercell they asked to contact Redigton Service Center Hyderabad. Redigton asked me to submit the mobile for repair and the Work Order No : HY/MO/09/00201, Delivered back to me on 13 May 2009. Immediate next day again same problem with few more new problem like when the phone is in Speaker it creates lot of noise and which resultant SIM gets damaged. I again approached Redigton for the problem they told me that to resubmit for repair and new work order has been raised : HY/M0/09/00399 and asked me to wait for 15days to solve the problem and the service center people are not responding as well properly, so i contacted to Motorala call center couple of times. First time i spoke with some lady then next day when i call up again i spoke with Raju Kumar and the conversation or compliant no was givne by him is 090525003257 and he suggest me that i will get a call regarding this problem in next 48 hrs. I never got a call from them so i recalled them again they said that we didn't have any idea about this and they took one more complaint and complaint no is 090527010813 and the person spoke with is Mrudal No response again. So i called up them back and the executive responed is Deepak and shouting on me and no response and asks me to wait for another 48hrs.
I have been frequently visited to Redigton service center since they never responded in Phone. I have been trouble for a month without mobile, where my communication was disconnected from frnds, family and colleagues.
I want this problem to be resolved by replacing the mobile.
