Hi All,

I bought a Micromax Q1 last october and within a month there was lot of defects. The phone went dead and i gave it to Deprosys Technologies for servicing. They gave me the handset after nearly two months saying everything is fine. Again in two days the same problem occurred and the phone went dead. I really got frustrated. I sent a registered post to their Head office in Gurgaon asking for refund of money or else i will drag them to consumer court as suggested in consumercourt forum on April 18th. Till now i haven't got any information from them.
Can anybody suggest me what to do next.
