I am really not happy with your reply. Please do read this mail carefully, take some
time and then reply.

Thanks for the service center info; however, the build quality of this phone is very
highly questionable. How can the edges get chipped off automatically? There are
other people who have the same problem with this model. There are blogs on the
internet about P 750 about this. The edges get chipped off (cracked). As far as I
know I have never dropped this phone or banged it anywhere. This silver plastic
strip at the corner cracked automatically. Can't believe you people use such a cheap
quality plastic for an expensive phone like this. So can you tell me how can I trust
you people and buy your products in future.?

I spoke to the service center people and they told me that I have to pay. Excuse me,
I am not going to pay for some cheap quality plastic which you didn't think before
you added to the body. It has not been even a month and this cheap plastic broke and
you would charge me an outrageous Rs 750.

I would want you or your head to send me a letter of authorization telling that the
silver strip would be replaced free of cost at the service center or I would not buy
any of your products in future and would go to consumer court. I know how to take
care of this phone, so don't tell me this product would not be replaced under
warranty.

I WANT JUSTICE.
