Today i was harrased as i went to Nokia Care Prinsep Street Branch Chandni
Chowk Kolkata,my Nokia 3230 was perfectly working except the camera and as i
gave them to repair it the said that it would cost Rs. 850/- the CCE Mr.
Pradyut Kanti asked me not to repair it and rather buy a new one.Then as i
took back my phone the key pad wasent working i asked Mr. Pradyut Kanti
about the problem and he tried to fix it but could not finally he said that
we are not obliged to repair this (which was actually done by him) after
that when i requested Mr. Sanjay sen he gave my phone to another CCE who
made the condition worse now my phone was totally dead and Nokia Care
Executives denied to fix the problem which was actually done by them and
said that they would fix it if i pay them Rs. 850 for the camera & Rs 1400
for the damaged done by them.I wanted to meet the manager then they said
that it was a liquid damage.They showed me a written note where there was
mentioned that liquid damage was not to be repaired.I wanted to ask that if
there was a damage then it was the camera not my whole set they did not even
proof that there was a liquid damage.However i had great trust in NOKIA but
this type of behaviour dissapointed me.My cell was in a good condition when
i came to NOKIA CARE but NOKIA DAMAGED my phone totally.I have also given
two feed back dropped there lets see what happens.
