You are not alone dear we also face the same problem, I do not know how the people still go to them, I have purchased a nokia 3600 slide for Rs 9300/- on 22.04.09. After using this for a week it shows some suspicious charecter as it hangs, keypad not working, memory card not detecting. I thought this might be some virus issue and took to Tele solution, Nokia service centre. They identified the issue as liquid damage and asked me for Rs 1800/- as this will not be supported under warranty. I am afraid how a set of 1 week came in contact with liquid. They denied to go for some other option saying that I need to repair the flash wire from my pocket then only they will listen to my concern. I then ran to another service centre, Talk Tell at Bhubaneswar and they identified the issue as Virus problem. When I asked them regarding the liquid damage issue they misbehaved me in a ill mannered way saying you put the mobile in water and we can not accept the mobile and provide support to this. I cried for help from some senior person but bo one present there except the executives. I asked about the owner but Mrs. Pinky Batra was not present and also not available on phone to listen me. I have given a written compalin against the executives on 9th june but not heard anything from the centre not even they apologized. Then I have contacted the online support of Nokia and always got few system generated mails and finally after few communication they informed me that their executive will contact me but a week past in between this and I am getting mails stated with due to my unavailan=bility the executive not getting in touch with me. They asked me to call their phone support at 30303838 but everytime you call the line says root is busy. How frustrating.!!!! Then I have written a mail to Poonam Kaul, Nokia India head with all my issues but she also didn't reply after several reminders. Between this time the mobile is currently dead and not working anymore. Then on 13.06.09 I went to Tele Solution again and asked them to format the mobile and the memory card. But they again t
1. It impacts me mentally as I am highly disturbed due to this issue. 2. Missbehaved and treated with a ill mannered way. 3. defamation happened for me. 4. Lost value of my money worth rupees rs9300/-. 5. As I don't have a spareset to use unable to contact my family also as my mother is a serious health issue and admitted into hospital.
1. Action should taken against Poonam Kaul as for her negligence towards nokia customer. 2. Action should taken against the two service centres for their misbehaviour and negligence. 3. Need my money back and not interested to use the set any more. Also will refund the set. 4. 5 Lakhs defamation against Nokia. 5. Action should be against Mrs. Pinky Batra, Owner Talk Tell, Nokia care for her absentism and mishandelling the issue.
