    Default Complaint against SONY ERICSSON FOR non replacement of F305

    sir,
    I Ishan Pathak bought sony ericsson F305 on 14th of April 2009. Initially the problem started with its software making it work very slow, it was taken to the service centre Faridabad and took nearly 2 days. This resulted in making its speaker volume low and was sent back to the service centre for another week. The equaliser stopped working after the second software update and my handset was returned to the service centre. The regular communication with them was of no use as i was always assured something would be done, it would take time, wait for a few days for the new software etc etc. Alas! My phone was handed over back to me unrepaired.
    That day turned out to be a big mistake as I bought this phone keeping in mind the performance, goodwill and name of the company. But unfortunately I have been betrayed by the company. My phone has been lying with the service centre all the months and now I am without the handset. My plea has fallen to deaf ears.
    Let me also inform you that your service centre at Faridabad have declared it irrepairable and must be replaced. If at all you can hear me kindly help me to replace my phone or get my money back at the earliest.

    Unhappy Replacement of Sony Ericsson F305

    sir,

    I have purchased Sony Ericsson F305 on 28/06/2009 in Poorvika Mobile world. The Invoice No: 3449 The problem, I was facing with the set is it completely freezes and can be solved by removing the battery and placing it again. The speach was also not clear. When I ask this for replacement, they told it cant be replaced, even if I exchange they can take it for low price within this 2 weeks. We, the customer dont know abt the set and we are asking the dealers for good moving mobile, they should suggest a good mobile or leave that to our hands, this is a very big loss for us. We bought it for 8000.00 Rs and they are ready for the exchange of 2000 to 3000. Please help us out.....

    Default Sony Ericsson F305 hanging

    Hi,
    I bought a sony ericson F305 in Aug 2009 from UniverCell in Velachery, Chennai. The handset is hanging quite frequently if I access simple applications such as FM radio, calculator, etc. I went to Univercell to complain about this. They sent the handset to the service center for servicing. After two weeks I got the handset back, the service center guys mentioned that there is a software issue, and they have reinstalled the software. In the next two days itself, the phone started hanging again. I went to univercell again to complain. They have sent the handset to the service center. This time the service center guys have reformatted the memory card of the phone and sent the handset back to univercell. Yesterday I got the handset from univercell, it went to hanging mode within 2 hours. I have restarted the phone, removed the memorycard. It was ok for 16 hours. This morning the phone was hanging when I was playing a game. I went to univercell and asked them to refund my money. They said they can't refund the money for sold products. The sold products are covered under the warranty only. As per the warranty the authorized distributor or service partner would repair or replace the product. univercell guys told that they can only send to the service center. With no other options, I just leftmy handset with them for service.
    This is the third time the phone is going for service.

    Please let me know how to get my money back from Univercell. Should I file a case against Univercell on this? Please see the product and distributor details below:

    Sir,
    I have purchased Sony Ericsson F305(IMEI:358145029922078) on 10th March 2009 from THE MOBILE STORE, the day I purchased this phone I was very attracted towards the look of the phone. But I was not aware that I will come as a wastage of my money that I have spent. Soon after two months i.e. in JUNE I got the issue of colored spots on the screen after which I have to switch off the phone and then the screen comes back, I submitted with Vibra Tec service center in East Patel Nagar which is now shifted to Guru Arjun Nagar near Satyam Cineplex(Patel Nagar) and I got my phone after 15 days. Then, again on 30th September 2009 I have to submit the handset with the same service center i.e. Vibra Tec for the issue of NETWORK PROBLEM or NO NETWORK and they assured that it will be working again in 15-20 days time which I have waited, after that I called them up and they said " it is under progress as the part is not available "and they said to wait for a WEEK`S time after that I called them up and they said that " the part is still not available it will take some time " then it was the whole October month I waited for the phone to get repaired. Then I got the call from Vibra Tec in the month of November that the phone is repaired and is working and I got my handset on 15th November 2009 with MOTHER BOARD replaced(IMEI:351262035521147). I was very happy at that time but I was not aware that the problem is going to start now after that my handset started working slow, applications started hanging and one day the complete screen goes white nothing on display, I have to switch it OFF then switch it back ON again to make it work. This does not end here, again on 4th December 2009 I have to submit the phone with another service center (RT Outsourcing Services Ltd Patel Nagar Shop no.2157/A, Guru Arjun Nagar) for the issue of WHITE SCREEN ON DISPLAY and again I was told that I will get it done in 20 days of time, then I have spoken with the Customer Care people also and I was surprised when they told me that " THERE IS PROBLEM IN THE WHOLE LOT OF F305 " , these were their words and also the same thing was told by the person working in Vibra Tec when I spoke with him what to do. Then I got my handset on 19th December 2009, I was just checking the phone at the RT Outsourcing Service then again I got the same problem of WHITE SCREEN and APPLICATIONS HANGING which means that the handset was not repaired and given to me. So I spoke to Customer Care in front of them and I requested them to replace the handset with another model or refund the money spent and I was given assurity that my case will be looked after seriously and it is the date till now my handset is with the company itself and whenever I called them they say that " the part is not available it will take time " and I was told by them that again the MOTHER BOARD will be replaced.
    I was very shocked seeing that a company like Sony Ericsson a brand name has got failed in providing Good Quality Service and Customer Satisfaction in terms for providing services and responses. I there is no part available then why the company manufactured this type of handset which cannot be repaired neither be replaced. According to me the company has failed in terms of SERVICES provided.

    I request you to take some action and please provide me a solution for this problem because I have spent my pocket money on this set and I have hardly used the handset as most of the time the handset is with the company itself. PLEASE HELP ME in this matter.

    Hello,

    We have gone through your complaint, as you mentioned that you are facing problem again and again so we suggest you to send a written notice to the CMD of Sony via registered post mention all the details in it and attach all the photo copy of document like job sheet and bill, wait for 10-20 day for their response.

    Thumbs down Sony Ericsson G900 Complaint

    I have a real serious problem for my sony ericsson mobile phone!
    G900.. I bought it from the Hot Spot on 12/september/2009 and its under warranty and the phone is creating real problems for me!
    1. It hangs a lot
    2. Restarts Often
    3. Contrast changes itself of the phone
    4. Working slowly
    5. an major problem is that the display goes outand the screen is just blank

    and i don't know why it is happening... as the phone is in mint condition.. never fallen at all...
    I have given this phone as a complaint in the sony service center in Faridabad ,In NIT. . they told me that the display is changed and the phone is now working properly but i have been facing lot of problems even now...
    I am now thinking that not to buy a sony phone ever and not even to tell someone to buy anyone of the sony phone!

    So, tell me a solution as soon as possible!

    Thumbs down complaint regarding non replacement of sony ericsson F305

    sony ericsson F305 handset which i had bought from prakash radio in indore start giving problems within 4 months of purchase.
    when i visited the store & shows dissatisfaction with the product's performance as i already went through 2 services before that visit,
    the shopkeeper said he can't do anything regarding this.the product comes with warranty scheme & can be repaired a number of times
    free of cost within the stipulated time.what i think that is there anything regarding customer satisfaction or the company solely focus on the sales.
    once the product is sold,no matter how faulty & defective it may be, the company doesn't need to know regarding its performance.
    now , what about us , the customers, they remain hanging between the authorized dealers from whom the handset is purchased and
    the manufacturer which has manufactured the defective handsets and badly hampered the trust & faith of customer on company( SONY ERICSSON).
    plz give me advise and here my voice....................

    Unhappy Problem with SonyEricsson G900

    Hi
    This is Mohit Gupta from Hyderabad and I own a Sonyericsson G900 with lot of problems. I handed my mobile to authorized service center as the contrast was changing and the display was going blank in the month of October and again in the month of February and again for the third time in February. Everytime they said they changed the display and handed the phone back to me. The problem is I think this handset is a defected one as the problem comes automatically after sometime. The two Job Numbers I have for the repairs are SE309SI111691 for October & SE310SI110787 for the month of February. The third time they gave me a manual receipt. The name of the service center is Siri Communications Hyderabad. I Hope there shall be some action taken in this regard as I do not want the handset to stop working again after sometime. The warranty for the handset expires as on April 21 2010. I would also like to inform that because of inappropriate handling by the service center the back cover was broken by the technicians there and they are assuring that they will change the back cover sometime.
