Dear Court,

I had purchased a new Samsung Omnia 2 days back on the good faith of the company.The problem is when i plug in the headphones which have been provided with the handset , firstly it does not fit and trips off the ears ,secondly even if it fits some how ,if u listen to it the ears start paining after 2 mins.I have raised a complaint with the SAMSUNG people but no action has been taken.

Please look into the matter.
