My sony ericsson handset model W910i was submitted the third time for
servicing due to recurring problems in the handset with the handst still
being under warranty on july 10th.
I registered a complaint on july 27th due to not recieving the handset 10
days after repairing or so it was said.
On august 19th after repeated calss and visits to the service centre i got
to know that the phone's PCB is being changed. As of now i havent recieved
no intimidation and calls on when will i recieve my handset on speaking to
the complaint redressal cell of the concerned company. I met with excuses
ranging from wait 3 days or 48 hours and the likes of it.
Even sometimes the call centre executive speaking with raised voices.
So after repeated attempts bearing no fruit i hereby want to either get my
phone repaired completely or to replace my phone and an apology from the
respective head.
