I have purchased GC360 Mobile Handset of Micromax. I used it for a week on CDMA. When used on GSM card it is found that there is voice problem with GSM and the piece is defective .
I gave it to Micromax service center M/s Dynamic Enterprises (Contact no 022-25241087/25244187) at Chembur, Mumbai on 25/02/2011 (job no 1306003).I is also confirmed by the service center that the handset is defective, and they sent it to company for repair. However my handset not received till date and the service center numbers are not responding(no one is picking the calls).
