I had bought a blackberry bold from this website FASHION AND YOU, A MONTH BACK. My order was despatched and sent to me on the 17-18th april, tentatively, through pancity courier. however there were no details on the invoice and the Packing was neat. After a month of usage, dated 21st april, my cellphone just switched off and never started again.
I called up Fashion and you at the below mentioned no. , but till date there is no response, and the only thing i have been told, is that they wont be able to help me in any case. The only answer i get is that i can visit any blackberry service centre and pay for the same to get my phone working. There is no warranty mentioned as such and they say that u can just carry that invoice, which is evntually not working out for me.

My number 9999399285 //8826747575, are working smoothly, on other phones, and i did not even recieve a single call from thier support end , to rectify this problem for me. They are not ready to change the phone and are also not ready to co-operate, towards a service status.

I would like to complaint for the same, as it is now becoming very difficult for me to work out something after payin a sum of 14950/- to these people.
A summary of the same is mentioned below, which explains that the order was from thier end, but very sad to see., that there after sales has nothing in store for people like us.
