Dear Sir/Madam,

I gave my Nokia N 900 handset at Nokia Care (Communication Solution F-26/4, Okhla Phase - 2 Delhi, 110020 Cont No: 011-41084042) on 16th of April 2011, (within warranty period) for repairing the back camera (5 MP Carl Zeiss). First I was told that there is a liquid damage (amazing point is only the camera was damaged with this so called liquid) then I lodged one complain in the Nokia care for letting me know how moisture has entered and why only camera is damaged they just gave their own reasons, by which I was not satisfied. Now after paying for Rs 3850/- when I received my phone i found that there are 'n' number of scratches on the body. When I asked for it they said it was mentioned in the job sheet that there was scratch and color fad. I argued that this was for one scratch and now there are scratches all over the body. My phone is looking ugly. I just remembered, I bought it at more than Rs 24000. Kindly help me out of this situation.
