Hello,
I had given my blackberry BB 8900 IMEI no 359585027160662 to Digital Technology on JM Road for repair on 11 Dec 2010. They are the authorized repair service provider.
They lost my handset. They say it was given by mistake to another customer. Till date they have not returned my handset. They have even taken Rs 2200/- for its repair.
I am of the opinion they have sold it. I have signed documents from ATUL DONGARWAL the proprietor.
I have gone to the shop many times. They do not even have the courtesy to attend my telephone call. Unfortunately now the Atul has come now started using disrespectful language.
Can you please help me and tell me what I should do.
