I have submitted My videocon handset at system and services in kolkata for touch screen poroblem on dated 12.03.11.This is the thrid time i got the same problem within 4 month of new purchase.I called no. of times to Customer care but every time they are saying that you will get within 2-3 days.But that date never came. Pl do the needfull.
