i had purchased the tata 3g stick from nearby dealer on 1.1.2011.after some days my connection has been lost when i go to the tata outlet then the executive says that your connection has been permentalt shutdown by the company and the company also given you the reminder for submitteing the documents but i had already submitted the documents to the documents to the dealer and the dealer had not submitted my documents to the company so where is my fault if the shopkeper doesnot submitted my documents.now when i go to the dealer for submitting my device he says that i will submitt your device to the company where it already starts the i give the device to him but he doesnot send my device to the company,,he send it to the local mechanic for its reparing now my device is not working and the dealer refuses to do all such things.
