I purchased a FLY phone on 11th Feb 2011 from C.P Delhi whith model number B-435 (black) on the basis of trust about your company.........

In initial days it was working fine but suddenly it started getting switch off, and this problem was happening during last 10 days.
On today's date situation has become very very pathetic. It's getting switch off 15-20 times autometically.
I simply do not understand why it is happening. When I exchanged word with customer service person (after 6 trials at 0210-6667770) at 11 am on 15/04/2011, I was informed to restore factory setting. The same was done but still the problem persists. Also I was informed by your customer service person Mr. Sushil, that I was my fault that I have not checked the same while purchasing insteed of solving my problem.
I am quite upset about the services of FLY on the very first day of interaction. Request you to solve my proble ASAP.
I often remain out of town and it's not possible for me chase this problem again and again.
