I have buyed a nokia x2 on 21/09/2010 and after 3 months my set started having problem while showing on customer care they re-installed the software and fater sumtime again the same problem raised. i have re-installed the software from costumer care 3 time but my problem remains. and after that i have battery backup issue they changed but software problem was the same. they said me that my memory card is having problem which i got with the cell and then i replaced it and since last month the cell is having same software problem. hanging,restarting, i just delete 1 pic from set and my all pics were deleted....
on reaching nokia service center when i told them that the same problem is happening they keep the set and say me that its not happening now... whats this..?
now i have shown this cell in service center 6 time but the result is same and i said them to replace my cell.. but they are saying that we cant replace..i am telling them my problem and they r cross-questioning me proving me wrong...they r not supporting me at all.talking me in a rude manner.i have all the scanned copies of the receipt the service center has given me and now m filing a complaint in consumer court on monday against my phone..
