I had bought this phone on 19th March 2011. Used it for a week and the phone started giving major problems. The touch would suddenly stop working for a couple of hrs and wld strt working on its own again. with time the problem aggrevated. Finally i went to the service center (Asian Telecom, Mysore). After their failed attempts to fix this issue, they told me they would give me a replacement. It has been more than a mnth now and i am still without a phone. Everytime i call them up they give me a new date. I have written mails to Samsung India but in vain. Now,with 20k stuck with Samsung, i feel very helpless.
I have now been told that the phone is not available so they would repay me the entire amount. However, this process would take atleast 10 more days. I definitely don't want the phone now as I have no interest in taking any Samsung product again. I want to ensure that this process ends as early as possible and I get back my money.
I would appreciate if I could get any help or guidance in solving my issue.
My complain reference number is 8431249868. Date on which I gave the phone at the service center is 29th march 2011.
