Hi,

I bought a Sony Ericsson phone in June 2010 and it has warranty period of 1 year. I am facing some big technical problems with this phone from past 3 months. I went at Sony Ericsson workshop several times and every time they did very lethargic work and now they have stopped their support also by saying that the company has shut down its customer care. Now, my phone is dead and i have given my complained about it at Sony Ericsson Customer Care Number and via Email also but even they have stopped replying me. I want my phone to be replaced soon because in June'11 the warranty will be over. My Sony Ericsson complaint no. is 89955626.
