I have a blackberry bold 9700 for which a DOA certificate is issued by the service center but the vendor Janta Watch House in Gandhi Nagar (East Delhi) is not issuing a new handset. I have the cell phone along with all accessories valid bill and the DOA certificate given by the blackberry service center.The dealers adderess is 499/2D Main Road Gandhi Nagar Delhi 110031 ANd hi phone number are 9811015076 and 01122082771.Please help
