Respected sir,
I, ashwita shetty, had submitted my handset nokia music express 5530 a couple of months back with the complaint regarding display. i got it repaired. I had the same problem again, so this time i got it repaired with an answer saying it was a software problem. Again 3 to 4 times the same problem, so my phone was sent to the factory for repair, but the defect wasn't rectified. So i had submitted the phone for replacement 3 weeks ago. Being told that i would get my phone replaced in few days, i have not received it yet. Inspite of repeated complaints and requests, i have not received my phone. this is one of my worst experience with nokia care. I had bought nokia trusting its name, but i'm utterly disappointed.
The phone presently is in nokia care, near gandhi chowk, Latur.

i expect an action immediately.
