I am sony ericsson mobile customer. After facing problem i approach sony Rajit Avenue, Amritsar Service Station. After checking my handset they concluded that Key pad is not working, and it need replacement of leaf which is available at our another (NEW) service center at Shop No. 10, kanhiya market, Near Pingalwara, Amritsar, so i approched there and they sent the request of new leaf to sony ericssion head office (As Said by them). But after passage of 15 days and my repeated visits i have not got my mobile serviced. i need not add here that how important mobile is, in todays's life.
So please come up to needful necessary action and inform me the same.
