I have submitted Samsung Mobile Handset C5212i on 25.02.2011 till date as on 22.04.2011 not received Handset. The problem arise within one month of purchasing mobile. All the time Samsung Service Center people says they have not received parts. It was written on their work order that Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever if this product is not collected within 15 days from the date of submission vide this work order receipt. I want to take action against this service center.
