My cell (Nokia 6303 classic) was Fall down on the floor & After putt batery it is showing "Contact Serive" Error. Then I went to Nokia care Osmanabad (on 08.03.2011) and given complaint they told it wil complete & give with in 3 Days. After that i went to nokia care after three days they told u come on 20.03.2011, the mobile was sent to Pune for Repair. Ok. I went on 20.03.2011 for My mobile, they said it was ready but come after noon, My sir was not there ok I went evening they told it was not ready come on tommorow morning, Then i went to Nokia care on Tommorow morning they told it was not ready u come after two days. The i am calling the daily at twise a day It was not come from Solapur. then today is 28.03.11 see how they are behaving At once they telling it is ready & Not ready.

Finnaly What i know is my mobile is all ready On 11.03.11 but Some body are using my mobile & he is not coming to Care office.

So please help me Against complaint.

I purchased a Nokia c5-01 from Nokia Priority Showroom at hadapsar, near magarpatta city on 12 August 2011. On 24th August 2011, just after 8 to 10 days, suddenly I started facing problem with the handset, it was completely dead. It was not switching ON. So I went to Nokia Care center "Akshay Care" located at 'Shop No- 4 and 5, D Gold House, Dnyaneshwar Paduka Chowk. FC Road, Behind Petrol Pump. Shivaji Nagar Pune- 411005'.

They told me to submit the handset for verification and come after 8 to 10 days. When I went back, the Care Center people said your handset is replaced by company and given me another old C5-01 handset which was in BLACK colour and with scratches.

My handset was of GREY colour and completely new.

When I refused to take that OLD handset, they started telling company has replaced your handset and there is no guarantee of colour and new.

My questions are:
1. How they replaced the handset with different color without my permission?
2. MY handset body didn't have any problem, if there was any problem with the handset circuit board as per my previous experience Nokia just replaces the board keeping the body same, I suspect some problem/issues/grey areas with the Service Center (Akshay Care, FC Road).

I'm really irritated and want to Register a complaint in consumer court. Please advise me the next steps.

sir i have purchased nokia x2 01 from meerut sarrdarji phones and after 5 or 6 months its display has gone blank,,i showed it to nokia care at abu lane they told me that the phone will be given to the company for 10 days because there is problem in display...but i had to go out of station for a month so i decided to show it up in ghaziabad and collect it there only after 10 days,,but when i showed it up at rajnagar rdc nokia care he cut the display wire type thing and showed me that it is physically damaged,,,sir if it was physicaly damaged,then why the care at meerut told me to send it to company,,,sier i want you take strict action on the coz it cost me 1000 rs.. when the phone is still in waranty...my email id tyagi.vishal700@gmail.com..plzz hellp me out

i purchased an nokia 3110.then company replace it from nokia 2700 by nokia care meerut but i lost my cell phone but i no have IMEI no of phone .so i will require the IMEI number.
