As per above subject I have been received on dated15th March 2011 after payeeing of Rs 2699/- one parcel kit through coriar service in that parcel kit I got one no. touch screen hand set with extra back cover ; one no. hearing cord one no. USB. cord. one no. charger one no battery cell. after receiveing I had properally charged hande set
with battery provieded charger about 10 hours even though hand set was not supporting more than hour immideatly discharging and set heating I had informed 10-12 times your side no attended Executive was back ans me there is battary probleme we will give you another new battery cell and your probleme will slove even though you counst locally mechanic we will replace frome com. for that they sms me new addres Aramax, India Pvt , 12/ A. New Sun Mill Compound. Lower Parel Mumbai. 400013.I went to same addres with your product parcel kit on 19th April 2011 at 3-00p.m. but they are asked me we are not exepting from you we cant give you receipt help less for you send through coriear so far I have not received battery cell and also not satisfy from touch screen mobil set so what your doing for same or shall I go in Cunsumer Foram,
