I just bought a new mobile (SONY ERICSSON CEDAR J108i) RS 5600/- two months before (01.02.2011) only. But, I have a problem with that mobile on MARCH 18. It isn't powering on. I just went on to the sony ericsson service center and gave it to them to service my mobile. They just figured the problem out and said that it is a motherboard problem and asked me to wait for 15 days to rectify the problem. Now it's getting 30+ days. But, I cannot able to get my mobile back. They are asking me to wait for some more time. They just keep saying that they don't have the parts for that mobile. Now, they are not ready to respond my call. Now, I ask you guys PLEASE help me out from this. I have all the documents (WARRANTY CARD, BILL, SERVICE CENTER RECEIPT) I need some suggestions. Please give some ideas. WHAT CAN I DO NOW?.
