I had bought a Sony Ericsson Touch Screen phone for INR 23,450/- on bill on 05/07/2010 from Jumbo Electronics, Noida. Jumbo is the authorised resseller for Sony Ericsson. The touch screen stopped functioning on 22nd January'2011. Same day I deposited the phone to Sony Ericsson authorised repair center in Noida i.e Neeru Enterprises.

After one month of followup I was told that the my phone has been send to Sony ericsson service center and I was told to follow up with them directly. Since then I have called Sony Ericsson service center almost 40-50 times and have only got false commitments. They have niether repaired the phone nor are they ready to replace and they have continuously told me that replacing the phone is not in the policy and its been more almost 3 months of continouos follow up without any response. The phone is still in warranty but they are not supporting it.

They have now started talking rudely and even bang the phone and give false dates. I am really in pain and donot understand where to go and what to do. My hard earned money is stuck with them and on top of it the harrasment has been beyond tolerance.

I have spoken with almost all their service agents (Meenakshi, Dolly, Rahul, Hema) and managers (Elsa and Harish) and I don't think I have missed any one. They have even started ducking my calls, I have made all the calls from my mobile and can be a proof as to how many times have I called them. They keep me on endless waiting so that I disconnect the phone and dont call. I have even wriiten the complaint on their website and was deirected to the same center by Sony Ericsson UK office.

I feel feel completely cheated and had to litteraly beg them to return my phone, they also suggested that after 4 months that I can collect my phone without repairs on giving a application that I am taking it on my own responsibility.

It has been most embarising and worst experience in my life. Firstly I was cheated with poor quality phone and when I am getting it repaired even after 4 months they have not done anything.
