Hello Sirs,

I have Purchased Fly Mobile Model Number DS 410 three months back.

This instrument started facing problems soon after 1 month from date of purchase.

I went to dealer with my complaint with Fly Mobile instrument, Dealer guided me to go to Fly Mobile service center located at Panvel(Maharashtra).

They repaired the mibile instrument and returned me the instrument after 3 weeks from submitting the mobile for repair.

On reciept of mobile instrument after repair.it worked for a day without complaint........and started complaining soon after next day.

Once again I submitted the Mobile instrument to Fly mobile service center for repair........requesting them to issue me the DO order for upgrade of mobile instrument.

They denied saying that carry case(box in which mobile was packed) of mobile was not in place.

I recieved repaired mobile instrument once more with lots of complaints.
Mobile instrument did not worked for an hour as well.

Please guide me in this regards.
