I have purchased Karbbon Mobile Model "Model No.K415" from Romal's Mobiles and Electronics, Abids, vd Invoice No.5879 Dt.9.4.10 "IME1/ESN1/910040771157232", "ESN2/910040771157240"got problem with display I have given for Servicing at Prime tech, Abids Contact No.9849990038 in the month of Feb-11. They have asked me to come after 2 days, but they called me the next day and told that they have to send it to company for new display and it will take 20-25 days time, for that also I agreed and given sufficient time period and called them after 20 days. When I called them they told they have not received the piece till now and it will take another 10-15 days time or I should pay the amount then only i will get the mobile, when I refused to pay , the contacted person on 9849990038 shouted on me , when I reversed on him he told to collect within 2 days time, accordingly I went to collect, when i went the mobile was kept to a side unrepaired and they made me to sit for 45 minutes and returned me. Next day when I inserted Sim and called from other mobile the connection got disconnected and switched off. Again I called them and informed the same , They asked to submit for repair and asked me to come after 20-25 days Vd Job Sheet No.KUASPAP008R13758 on 17.3.11 ASP Code:KUASPAP008. They called me after 20 days and delivered with same problem. The person at service center doesnt know how to handle the customer I dont want to visit him again, I am unable to use the mobile ,Hence I request the concerned to replace me at the earliest.
