This is Razia Sultana, I am a resident of Bangalore City. On August 18th 2008, I purchased Nokia 6210 navigator phone and I paid 16300/- Rs for that handset. I have numerous issue with this model, It never worked fine. I had issues from the day i purchased this handset. Earlier it used to hang and one day it stopped working.

In January 2009 I took this phone for servicing, Nokia care were not able to rectify the issue and they replaced the phone after a month. My second phone again had issue hanging and one day it stopped responding and turning on. Nokia care again were not able to rectify the issue and replaced the phone in May 2009. My second replacement phone again had some issue after 15 days when I took that phone to nokia care they identified the problem was with display panel and they replaced only display. I am damn frustrated with this product and poor quality.
My concern here is within my first year purchased twice phone is replaced and all the nokia 6210 phone has something or the other issue. My warranty will expire in a while and what if again this phone crashes I will be billed and then i have to pay for service.

According to me this nokia 6210 model is a failure. Quality of this product is not up to the mark. I called Nokia care but no action is taken. Even the customer service was pathetic. When i called the service center I spoke to Deepthi Shah from bangalore Nokia customer, First of all that agent was very rude to me, when she was not able to understand my issue i requested for a supervisor. She refused to get the supervisor on line and disconnected my call. That agent was very rude and admant not getting supervisor online, she simply disconnected my call. Is this is the kind of service you guys provide. To hear from your agents do we buy costly mobile phones. I had call again to get to speak to supervisor, Then i spoke to A N Kiran, He called himself supervisor but according to me he was of no use. He did not react or empathise for my query. Overall I am dissatisfied customer and waiting for the consumer court reply now. I have the recording wid me which i did when i spoke to your agents and supervisor. I am gonna provide that to consumer court, SO they can take the necessary action.

I've been using nokia from the time I started using phone. I always preferred to use nokia than the other brands. But now I released that nokia customer service and product is very poor.
I am gonna freaking throw your phone to a dustbin and i will make sure i will never buy nokia phone agian.
I always purchased phone which costed above 15000 rs. But you guys are not worth of spending that amount. I will switch to other phone provider.....
Nokia is no longer the best... Its become the worst.... You guys cannot freaking understand my frustration. Because of the poor quality of your product it costed me, money, time and lots of frustration.

I have already launched complaint in consumer court against the poor quality and started updating about the poor service in online blogs which i reached from nokia care.
Your service is pathetic and I will make sure no one from my household and my reputed company HP Invent buys your product.

You guys might have heard if you make your customer happy they bring more customers but if your customer is unhappy they will simply switch service provider and they will not get you business more.


Nokia service was the worst service i have come accross my life.... I will never buy nokia product again...
I only request to take necessary action and if i could get replacement for the upgraded model, quality of that product has to be satisfactory and i am also ready to pay the difference amount even if they replace the phone.

Please some one take necessary action. So that we consumers dont get cheated by this manufacturer.
