My name is Laxmi Narayan Goyal Address 9/759 Malviya Nagar, Jaipur - 302017 (RAJ) Ph 0141-2721917, 9784250689. I was using a aqua duel sim mobile handset Sr.No 357080600008933 which was purchased from Compact International (2008-09), H.O:246 2nd Floor, Lxami Plaza, Laxmi Ind.Estate Compound, Sab Tv Lane , New Link Road , Andheri(w) Mumbai-400053.on 12/11/2008 Invoice 61672. The mobile was working till feb 17/02/2009 midnight. on next day when i was using the mobile the phone was sudenly switch off automictly. I called them at customer service center on 20/02/2009 they sed me to send the mobile phone to our service center. then i asked them when i will received my mobile phone back to me. they sed you will reciverd the phone with in 10 working days. then i send my mobile phone to them on 26/02/2009 through Sri Pawan Air Service. the AWB No 310. Then i called them back on 14/03/09. The matter what i spocked to them given bellow.

I have purchased a Aqua Dual SIM Mobile Phone from your company on 11-12-2008 the order no is 000045264 in the name of Laxmi Narayan Goyal , House No 9/759 Malviya Nagar, Near Amit Bhadwaraj Petrol Pump, Jaipur 302017.But I was facing some problem in my mobile. I spoke to customer support they seed to sent the mobile phone to our company. Then I asked them that when I will received my phone back to me. They seed you will received this phone with in 10 working days. Then I send this mobile phone on 26-02-2009 through Sri Pawan Air service to you. Then I call you support center in Mumbai on 14-3-2009. And Miss Marita spooked to me she said that we will dispatch this mobile phone on Friday . Then I called to your support on 17- 3-2009 on Friday then again I spooked to Miss Marita then she seed that we will dispatch this phone to you in next weak. But I was still waiting for that still no response from you. Then I call your support several times but no response from your side. So I think that I want to tack any strict action against your company through consumer court. And please reply me on my mobile no is 09314433487 it is very very urgent.

so i kindly requst to consumer cort to help me in thin matter and provied me some clame from the above companey what i have got loss in my buscniss.
