    Default Hopless: Sony Ericsson mobile service Bangalore

    I had given my Sony Ericsson mobile W380i to the authorized service center in Kammanahalli : Durga Communication (Accel Service) on the 23/05/09. And have been given a Customer Acknowledgement Sheet for the same, with an oral commitment from them that I would get it back 15 days later. For some reason they don’t write the expected delivery date on the acknowledgement sheet.

    But so far they are unable to have my mobile repaired and serviced. Every time I call them or go in personally, they have been giving lame excuses about their inability. Moreover my warranty would expire in a couple of days. And I am worried that, if they don’t return my mobile before my warranty expires, I would have to bear the cost.

    I am very frustrated and many users share the same kind of reactions with Sony Ericsson’s customer service centers across Bangalore. Can you please advise me what I could do to help myself?

    Thumbs down Sony Ericsson- Useless service centre

    I had given my 900i sony Ericsson mobile handset for repair in authorised service centre( Malleswaram), initial problem , I was unable to hear the caller voice. In the bigining service centre people said , water entered in the set, but after 2 days, they said, your display has gone, we asked them to replace the display, but again after 2 days , they called us & said , there is major problem in your handset, & they will send it to Chennai centre, after 15days, there reply is , your hand-set mother board has gone & you need to pay 80% of hand set for repair, you know hand set was purachsed only 18 months back for INR. 14500/-. It is very ridiculous to here from a company like Sony Ericsson , saying mother board problem in a hand-set within 18months of purchase.

    Great service centre guys.........

    Angry Hopeless service centre in Jayanagar

    I had purchased Sony ericsson handset during april'10. Within 2 months i got display problem in the handset and had given for service to Jayanagar service point. They told that their is some software problem and made repair. But, within a week i got same problem in the set and once again they have repaired the handsent. After 20 days, their was some other problems (in display and handset will hang-up). Once again, i gave it for repair in Jayanagar service center. They gave some acknowledgement and told that it will get repaired in 10 to 15 days time. It's already 15 days over, but still they are saying that they will call us as soon as it get repairs but not giving exact date. What a service center?????? We people give throusands of rupees to purchase handset and simply roaming to service center for repair twice or thrice in a month. It's shame on such a big company Sony ericsson for cheating customers like this.

    Angry what the hell...

    its almost a month since i gave my zylo for servicin as it wasnt gettin charged n stil dey havent given it back.. wen ever i go dey say its given to the head office n shit.. plz report this to the concerned persons or officials to take action n to see that everythin goes wel in order.. very much disappointed wit a waste sort of service.. ugh.. hatin it..
