Dear Sir/Ma'm

I purchased micromax Q1 on 10th Oct 2010, and the very next day the mobile started giving problem. it gets switched off automatically after every 5-10 mins., The dealer refused to exchange the mobile as it was sold, After a period of month somehow we were able to find the service center in Sec-18, Noida. They kept the mobile saying the problem is with the battery and asked to collect the mobile after a week later they said the problem is with the mother board will take another 1 week as the mobile has to send to head office and finally got the mobile back on January stating everything is fixed.
While checking the functions of the mobile we recognized that the volume of the song when we play thru micro SD was almost gone, the switch off problem was still there and also they replaced our battery of Q1 with Q3. We resubmitted the mobile and in the mean while had a word with Mr Nishu, service head UP, who promised to fixed the problem. The mobile was submitted to the same service center took another 1 month and the problem was still not fixed. Then Nishu asked to submit the mobile in NOida SEc-22, Micromax service center and said will get the replacement, bt when we went they said mobile will not get replace instead you have to submit the mobile and they will change the mother board. mobile was with them for another 2 week and we got back the mobile the volume of the mobile is effected. even the speakers are not working properly. when we receive or make an call we cannot hear the voice of the person on the other side.
Now my concerns is that the mobile was not with me for 4 month and after getting its still useless. If we ask for the number of he seniors for escalation they are not aware of the numbers. and if get by chance, they do not pick-up the phone, please help on this.
