Dear Sir/Madam,

My Vodafone number is 9742264896.

I have paid Rs. 28,000 to get a blackberry storm phone from a Vodafone store ( On
the same day of purchase i found out that the same phone was being sold at other
phone outlets like mobile store for Rs. 26,500/- - whereas the ads said exclusively
at Vodafone store)

However my complaint is:

1. I have asked blackberry to sync my official e-mail accounts with blackberry ( i
managed to link up my yahoo account, but then I can't do business on my yahoo
account) and though they have given phone support I haven't been able to get any
relief. Also I have been to Indiranagar Vodafone store twice. Once there was nobody
to support blackberry services. Second time the person had no idea of operating the
blackberry Storm. On both occasions I asked them to call me and ask a support person
to help me. But till date nobody bothered to do so.

2. I wanted to use my blackberry as a modem and inspite of calling blackberry
support center from my airtel connection for more than an hour (i am charged for the
call from airtel) the Blackberry support was not able to help me. It was a trial and
error, do this and do that....

3. I have been continually harassed to make my outstanding dues of Rs. 1500. I have
made it clear to them that unless I receive support on the phone I will not be able
to use the phone or make any payment.

Please remember if I have paid Rs. 28,000 I may as well pay a paltry 1500/-. But the
support is terrible. Even today i spoke to one person, who was terribly rude when i
spoke to him about this . He implied that i must first pay all dues to get any
support. Another guy told me he'll transfer my call to a manager and put me on hold
for 25 minutes. Fortunately i have recorded these conversations and the time i was
made to wait...

With this kind of support, you guys can spend more money on badges and advertisment
saying you are Happy to help..

i am now Happy to get rid of Vodafone. Happy you could help.
