Hi,

My name is Rafiq Shaikh.I was contacted by a salesperson on thursday(05/06/2009)
stating that they are offering internet connection which I was interested in. I
informed them that I had used relience connectin(Wi fi) for several months and I had
stopped the connection due to my Exams. And after exams when I tried to take the
connection again they said that they cannot offer me the same connetion now as they
have increased there price which was not affordable. After this conversation the
salesperson told me that he can offer me a connection at 150 KBPS but I will have to
buy there device which was for 2490 and after buying that device i will get
connection for two months free of charge and after that I agreed on the plan of
750.00 rental for unlimited usage. He assured me that If I pay him the cash by
tommorow(06/06/09) He will get me the connection by saturday(07/06/09) evening. So I
somehow manged the cash and paid him and submitted my documents. On
Saturday morning I got a message from that person stating that there offices are
closed on saturday so they get the connection on Monday evening and I agreed on
that. However on Monday I did not get the connection stating that there was some
delay from there side and I will get the connection on Tuesday where I lost my
patience and spoke to that person's supervisor and he assured me that I will get
the connection by 12 the next day(09/06/09). After many reminders they came to my
place and tried to install the device but failed as the person trying to install
did not know the procedure. he told me that he will get the engineer the same
evening. The engineer did not come and I after several calls to my frnd managed to
install the device. After the installation the connection spped I got was pathetic.
I tried to surf the net but it kept on disconnection. Few sites were not opening
and I was gettting the error message timedout. I contacted the person and
informed him about that. He told me that there server is down and it will work in
morining. When I checked in the morning I was getting the same error message. So I
decided that this connection was not worth spending 2500.00 So I went to there
office to return the device. But there there team convinced me that they send an
engineer to my place by evening and they fex this problem. The enginner came in my
absence as I was in office without fixing the problem he left and when I contacted
them today(11/06/09) they stated that my system was the issue not the net. While
selling the connetion they had clearly told me that what I needed was xp2000 and I
will get the 150 KBPS. And when I informed them that I was not even getting a
download speed of 4KBPS, They stated that it will not increase the download speek.
The manager who assured me was not even courteous enough th talk to me , So I went
to his room informed him that I am not accepting this device which
is of no use to me and left the device there.

Could you please guide me how to stop this fraud company to fool other people's in
market and help me to recover my losses. I would realy appreciate yoour help in this
case.
