Hello Sir/Madam,

I have bought Blue mobile phone from Anupam stores - Mumbai Borivali, in
2008 Jul/Aug. Since then I have been facing issues with the handset and when
I approached the store they ask me to contact service center. My cell phone
was with the service center at Gorai for about 2 months which is still not
working fine. The battery is completely destroyed as it doesn’t holds the
charge.

I am trying to contact the toll free service center however I am not able to
reach the as they say – “CUSTOMER YOU ARE CALLING IS BUSY ON ANOTHER CALL”
any time of the day or any time of the midnight, but the same message. Even
when I visited Anupam Stores they said they currently do not have any
service center that will attend my problem. I was aware of 4 service center
at Borivali/Vile Parle/Khar/Goregoan where all of they have been closed
down. My warranty period is about to end.

Please provide me a solution and let me know if I have to do anything to
take this further.

I hav a blue Mobile.I was using it well bt b4 some days i received a msg tat my imei no. is nt valid.so can u help me can the IMEI no. will change?

my self jyoti prkash mohapatra was purchased a blue -575z model mobile on the month of august09 at bhubaneswar, in september there is display problem in mobile, so i have deposited at your service center- smart agency-bhubaneswar- but till today it is not repaired, they are saying me no display parts are available in the company, please register my issue and solve it.

respected sir/medam,i use blue mobile from last nine month. but during the period my handset defect two time,and when i go to andheri service center for repair it they didn't give me proper information and they did nothing for me..even i reqest, they told me that we charge Rs. 500.
and important thing is that i have guarantee for 1 year and they also didn't touchmy handset and result me that i have damage of Rs.500
