Hello sir,



I recenty on 233rd may 2009 pursached a Spice mobile model no S-930, from
hotspot, Yusuf Sarai,New delhi. The IMEI no. is 358078020031104 . They
convinced me to take 2 year hot spot care pack worth rupees 600 along with the
mobile, so that if any problem occurs i dont have to run to spice service
center, It is repairable in any hotspot,

But after 2-3 days later i discovered no of problems in my phone.like poor signal
catching power, Disturbed sound quality, touch screen problem,etc etc. Then i
rushed to hotspot store then for my surprise their reaction was too bad, they
just checked my mobile for 2-3 mins then they declared these are normal things.
According to them their is is no problems in my phone they sent me back.

I wrote mails to customer care division of spice mobile but not getting any
response. I am helpless sir/madam, Please help me.
